Delivery & Returns Policy

Orders:

You will receive an email notification when your order has been successfully placed and a second email once it is dispatched. You can contact Dignify with any queries relating to your order at: dignifycic@gmail.com

Delivery:

Dignify aims to dispatch all items within three working days from the date of purchase. Shipping costs quoted are for second-class UK domestic only.

If you place your order outside of normal working hours or during public holidays, please allow a further three working days for your order to be dispatched.

Postage Prices:

Our standard ‘Flat rate’ postage costs £3.50 (second-class UK domestic only)

Additional charges apply for bulky items, these will be clearly displayed on the ‘Basket’ screen before you are prompted to ‘Proceed to checkout’

Collection:

If ‘Local pick up’ is selected at the checkout, please contact dignifycic@gmail.com to arrange this during our normal store opening hours. Collection will be from:

Returns:

We hope that you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us. However, if you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to refund or exchange any unsuitable items within 14 days of purchase, provided that they are returned in the same condition that you bought them in and you have a valid dispatch note (Please ensure items are unused, undamaged and include the original packaging, tickets and tags).

Unfortunately we cannot refund delivery charges.

Items found to be faulty must be returned within 28 days of purchase.

Items sold for a lower cost as ‘seconds’ (often produced by trainees within a programme) are non-refundable.
